Mb8a Terms and Conditions

1 Member Eligibility

The mb8a platform may only be used by individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. mb8a reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity.
• You are not permitted to register if online gambling is illegal in the country or region where you reside.
• You must not be on any active self-exclusion list on any related platform.
• You may not hold more than one active account on the mb8a platform at any time.

2 Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold only one mb8a account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mb8a conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur.

• Your full name must match the name on your official identification document.
• An active phone number is required for OTP verification
• Required KYC documents include a copy of both the front and back of your MyKad.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the mb8a account.
• Your account password is your personal responsibility — mb8a will never ask for your password through any channel.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the mb8a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mb8a supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay.

The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Daily and weekly maximum limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and account verification level.

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name — third-party payments are not permitted.
• mb8a does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Every withdrawal requires OTP verification to your registered phone number as an added security measure
• mb8a reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for legitimate security review purposes

4 Bonus & Promotions

Mb8a offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) stated explicitly in the relevant bonus terms.

Members are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting it. Accepting a bonus is considered agreement to the stated terms and conditions.

• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements are fully met.
• mb8a reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or fraud
• Every bonus has a stated validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically credited
• mb8a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice

5 Game Rules

All games on the mb8a platform are operated using an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures every game outcome is random and fair, free from manipulation by any party including mb8a itself.

The final results displayed by the gaming system are definitive. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, mb8a will review system records to determine the status of any wagers and resolve the matter fairly for all parties.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is publicly displayed in the respective game information
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled once a round or match has started
• mb8a is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own strategic decisions
• Minimum and maximum wagering limits for each game are set by the provider and are subject to change.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Mb8a maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or the security of other members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated software, or scripts to play games or exploit the bonus system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Registering multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages or circumvent set limits.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person or stolen card details.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
• Use of the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

7 Security & Privacy

Mb8a takes member data security very seriously. All personal information and transaction data are protected using 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading Malaysian banking institutions.

• Payment card details are not stored in mb8a's systems — processing is handled directly by licensed payment gateways.
• mb8a will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, or live chat
• Any changes to sensitive information (password, withdrawal method) require OTP verification
• Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share their account with others.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Mb8a reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for specific reasons, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.

• Temporary suspensions are typically resolved within 24 to 72 hours once the investigation is complete
• Members whose accounts have been suspended may contact mb8a support for further information and to begin the appeals process.
• For closures resulting from a breach, mb8a reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance until the investigation is concluded.
• Members may also request self-closure of their account through the settings section or by contacting customer support.

9 Liability Limits

The mb8a platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. mb8a strives to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability under all circumstances, including technical issues beyond our control.

• mb8a is not liable for losses caused by internet service disruptions on the user's end
• mb8a does not bear responsibility for losses resulting from gameplay decisions made by the member themselves
• mb8a's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the preceding 30-day period.
• mb8a is not liable for any taxes or charges that may be imposed by authorities on member wins

10 Responsible Gaming

Mb8a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe healthy entertainment starts with awareness and self-control on the part of the player.

All mb8a members have access to self-control tools that can be used at any time from within their account, without requiring approval from any party.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits set by the member themselves.
• Temporary self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to 6 months
• Permanent account closure upon member request is processed within 24 hours
• Configurable play-time reminders based on individual member preferences

11 Terms Amendment

Mb8a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the mb8a platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who disagree with the changes have the right to close their account before the effective date.
